Who am I?

Bez Baker is a business (and personal) coach specifically trained to the ICF's exacting standards in coaching skills and in alignment with the ICF Competencies and Code of Ethics.  I work with senior executives, professionals and personal clients based in a wide range of organisations.

I have a broad business background with over 20 years of experience in senior management, consultancy, IT, financial institutions, sales, marketing, training, software development, customer services and business ownership. Prior to moving into Business Coaching I held a variety of leadership positions in SMEs and large Corporate environments. I have worked as a volunteer on community projects as a mentor and a counsellor. I have also perfomed at county, national and international levels in a sporting capacity.
